Much hydration upon rising, then a smoothie made with frozen burro bananas/a big handful of baby greens/resishi and chaga mushroom powder/cacao and carob powder/chia seeds/sunflower seed butter/flax milk for break-fast, leftover walnut taco "meat"/seasoned black beans/red onion/salsa over a big bowl of greens for lunch, and for supper, we had baked sweet potatoes, steamed brussel sprouts, and pickled beets.
Off the wagon... so it was a chicken leg & thigh, mashed potatoes, seafood casserole and a bag of Reeses peanut butter bells and two bags of m & m's. Today is... nothing except coffee so far.
Okay... I did a seafood & rice quesadilla with cilantro and lemon thyme... and a regular cheese one. Sort of a brunch. (I shamed myself into eating a "real" meal but I really wanted more chocolate).
@berlinda - Hmmm, my breakfast sounds a little less festive...... Decaf cinnamon coffee w/ milk and fiber toast with almond butter. I'm working my way through a chai tea right now... Thinking about chicken noodle soup for lunch. I made a batch on the fly last night (ha! No pun intended, it snuck up on me... Really!). Will see what the OG taste buds think of it today.
