Beef mushroom turnover thing. Not quite an empanada nor hand pie. I was going to make hand pies for the freezer, but someone ate most of my “leftovers” whilst I was sleeping (IE, no, not leftover. Filling. To be filled. Not even finished being made, yet, much less made, eaten, and this was the “paltry” bit of leftover. Aaargh. Sigh. They mean well. I’m just cranky.)
