Experimenting with adding rye flour to my 50 50 spelt / canadian wholemeal loaf in the bread maker.

Subbing 10% of the flours for rye made it not rise nearly so much, and the pitting on the top crust means the bread needed more water. But it smells & tastes amazing. Shall continue to experiment!
