When I’m inna certain part of the country, I learned to order a “shot in the dark”. It LOOKS like a black coffee, so it would save me untold amounts of grief, but it’s really one or more shots of espresso tipped into black coffee.

That’s as far as I’m willing to adulterate coffee. With other, lesser, coffee.

I had fried eggs with spinach, garlic, feta, parsley, and onion. Also half a navel orange and a thick slice of this really good local bread made with rye, emmer, golden raisins, and caraway—toasted and slathered in butter and tart cherry jam.
Tea with honey and cream.

The chicken was leftovers, had dusted em with cajun spice n airfried. But don't like chicken skin cold, so peeled it off

I had a good breakfast. It was scrambled eggs with spinach and garlic. And I made this little salad to go with it which had chopped white onion, tomato, cucumber, parsley, and fresh mozzarella splashed with lemon juice. And I had the last piece of that great rye toast. And of course my tea.
