More culinary laziness for me. Since I am living alone I rarely cook. I will just make a sandwich or a salad and call it good. But tonight it is cold and I wanted something hot. So I grabbed a flour tortilla, deposited some grated cheese upon it and threw it in the microwave for 30 seconds. Then a liberal dose of hot sauce and I rolled it up. Dinner is served.

Beans on toast… Mexico Style… Mollete. Mo-yet-tay.

Minus the egg & cheese. Since I can’t eat eggs. Or cheese. But lovely lovely lovely pico de gallo & avocado. Who needs eggs & cheese?!? (Okay. Everyone else.). I DID consider adding bacon, but got laaaaazy.
