Had to look up—looks nice! I frequently eat scrambled eggs with veggies mixed in. The Mexican version is cook up fresh salsa (pico de gallo) then add the eggs—I do that a lot—eat with tortillas.

Last thing I ate was scrambled eggs with onion, parsley, and feta. Ate with rye crisp bread.

That sounds really good. I've only made Pico de gallo a few times but I love it.
