What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

A whooooole lotta green things beginning of winter soup. (Zucchini, Broccoli, Peas, Spinach, Mint, Parsely, Leek, Onion, Garlic, olive oil… blended smooth… with just a splash of chicken stock, and a generous pour of lemon juice). >>> Deep in winter green soup will = all of that, plus sprouts, sprouts, sprouts, & dried greens/peppers/etc.. Springtime all the new growth leafy stuff; sorrel, ramps, etc.

Pan con Tomat (crusty bread, slice/toasted, rubbed with garlic, olive oil, tomato, & seasoned with cracked pepper).

Went out for breakfast after taking the car to the body shop (someone backed into us.) and picking up a rental.
Eggs over easy, sausage, hash browns, french toast with banana, strawberry and chocolate sauce. Coffee.

Tiramisu chia pudding.

30g chia seeds
½ tbsp cacao / cocoa powder
½ tbsp maple syrup
50ml coffee, cooled
125ml milk of choice
Topped mine with Greek yogurt mixed with some cream cheese n dusted with more cacao
