Morning hydration was lemon water, distilled water, and some stinging nettle/wormwood/chamomile/anise solar infusion.
Break-fast was banana/black raspberry nice cream made with bananas from the "ugly table" (reduced produce rack) and black raspberries picked from the yard (came with the place) with a Yonanas machine I scored at a thrift shop for $4.
Lunch was blue tortilla chips with blueberry salsa and a few celery sticks with some nut butter.
Snack was more water and herbal infusion. It was hot as hell today.
Dinner was freshly picked beets and red and sweet garden onions drizzled with balsamic vinegar and roasted, along with steamed fordhook lima beans.
