Last night, sauteed together some garlic scapes, garden onion, ripe tomatoes, vegan chorizo, garlic, fresh basil and oregano, red and yellow bell peppers, with a little marinara sauce and served it on top of zoodles (zucchini sliced with a spiral slicer into spaghetti-like "zoodles"), topped with some nutritional yeast and hemp hearts.
So far this morning, lots of lemon water. Later, either lots of juice or lots of fruit, or a little of both, a big garden salad, and likely some roasted whatever else is ready to be harvested in the garden and yarden.
