Chicken with Carraway Seeds ~ won't bother with that combo again.

Will bother with the puy lentils in Tomato sauce with ground Coriander Cumin Turmeric Garam Masala & Asofoetida. Delicious

Lots of purified water; threw out all meat (except for the fish, shrimp, raw oysters, salmon, and tuna) from freezer; had some hummus and sesame paste on teaspoon with a bit of raw honey, a small handful of raisins - yumm.
