Upon rising - a quart of distilled water with added fresh-squeezed lime juice and several cups of warm herbal infusion with stinging nettle, yellow dock, and ginger.
Break-fast will be a generous portion of home grown watermelon picked fresh (2 days ago) from our garden.
Snack will be more lime water, cherries, and bananas.
Lunch will be a garden salad (already prepped and made) with romaine lettuce, beet greens, carrots, red onion, heirloom and cherry tomatoes, purple bell peppers, chickpeas, hemp seed, dulse flakes, oregano, and papaya poppy seed dressing.
Dinner is going to be a bowl of soup (already made - from the freezer) made from boiled and then pureed carrot, beet, and radish greens with added green split peas, lots of veggies, and curry, and likely some more salad.
Dessert will be some flourless (dairy-free) chocolate chip chickpea blondies.
