Yesterday's fare: distilled water with lime, then some ginger/red clover/stinging nettle infusion, then some apple juice, then some baked banana bites (bananas sliced with cinnamon sprinkled on top and baked at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes). Lunch was a large salad made into slaw and blended with some veganaise, homegrown cherry tomatoes, and hemp seed, and dinner was take out pizza night for the kiddos and I sipped on some veggie broth then had a sweet potato. The liquid part of my day, today, will be very much the same while the solid food part is yet to be decided, other than what's left of the home grown watermelon. Mmmmmm.....
