Ham Eggs n Tomato, scrambled the eggs for a change from fried. Liked em. Needed only a 2 calorie spray oil to cook, think I'll switch to scrambled.

A sort of Japanese Chinese salad dressing. Bloomin gorgeous.

Cauliflower, mushroom with a little bit of ketchup and mustard.
Then 3/4 of a nakd chocolate bar a bit of a nakd berry bar, part of an apple, a section of banana, raspberries and three creamer potatoes with a little bit of almond butter.

Roast spiced cassava
Horseradish kohlrabi slaw
Sparkling water.

Never had cassava or kohlrabi before, v satisfying.

Sparkling strawberry kiwi flavoured water.
Then for dinner: mushroom, cauliflower, lettuce and some sauerkraut with a Sol breakfast patty and some ketchup. Three creamer potatoes with some banana and almond butter. A slice of orange and a bite of vegan white chocolate (which is actually pretty good).
