Lemon water, fresh apple juice...then some fresh cantaloupe...then a salad with baby arugula, baby romaine, wild lambsquarters, fresh cukes, cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, and shallots topped with home made salsa...and am now waiting for some sliced onion, bell pepper, and patty pan squash seasoned with sea salt, black pepper, dulse granules, and organic balsamic vinegar to finish roasting, along with steaming some frozen green peas. and heating up some leftover steamed broccoli.
