Gluten free pasta (just fancied trying it!) with chilli, tomato and spinach. My first meat-free pasta meal!

Go me - I have finally posted an actual meal, not just a bag of sweets or a a slab of cake! ;-)

Fried mushrooms, plum tomatoes, veggie meatballs, spinach and chick peas, and had it over egg noodles and topped it off with feta cheese.

@Bearlinda Pasta was good, thanks. Think I will stick to gluten-free. And I didn't miss meat! Only thing was we made it with chopped tomatoes as per the recipe. I don't like actual tomatoes - we usual make tomato pasta sauces with passata, which I like. I didn't hate it but it felt a bit watery and pulpy so next time I think we'll do it with passata instead.

Spinach has become my new favourite vegetable!

Ooh, I love chocolate mini rolls!
