Had dinner with my vegan buddy who helped me improve my health/save my life and four other healer friends....sauteed greens/peppers/onions/garlic/broccoli, mashed carrots/sweet potatoes/parsnips, fried plantain, cucumber salad, quinoa tabbouleh, rosemary/sage/thyme flat bread and spinach/artichoke hummus.

Carrot/onion/ginger/celery/spinach soup made with veggie broth, seasoned with sea salt, dulse flakes, black pepper, turmeric and pureed with the stick blender served with a salad made with romaine, purple cabbage, carrots, cherry tomatoes, celery, mung bean sprouts, chick peas, and cranberry orange vinaigrette.

Geez, well. Lettuce with some cauliflower, broccoli and mushrooms with a dressing on top. And then two pieces of toast. But I decided to try whole grain wheat bread this time. I haven't had wheat in awhile as I've got this borderline allergy thing going on with it. I started getting itchy right away and now I have hives. I'll take medicine and I guess that answers that question. Darnit.

Two bowls of Wasibi Green Lentil Pasta Salad (my own recipe) with Thai peppers, a ton of veg and a pound of Alaskan white fish. Made enough for 12 so we two will be eating it for nearly a week.

Lemon water, burdock root and ginger infusion, apple juice, and 4 navel oranges for morning hydration/break-fast...had veggie soup and salad for lunch compliments of a friend....and roasted spaghetti squash with a little olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil, baby bella shrooms, and cherry tomatoes for dinner.
