Whipped up some curry chickpea salad, roasted garlic hummus, juice pulp herbed flat bread, and a juice pulp banana bread-like loaf attempt that went a bit wrong, but still tastes good, once I sliced it and re-baked it....lol, especially topped with vegan cream cheese icing. Danger, danger! Too good!
I can throw damn near anything together in the kitchen and make it pleasing to the eye and taste buds, often with great success, except for baked goods, dammit. One of these days, with any luck, I'll be able to ask Sara Lee (I think that's the frozen baked goods brand name of days gone by) to kindly step aside. Until then, the "oopsies" I can't salvage tend to make damn good dog treats, bird food, and compost material. lol
