Grilled Broccolini w/ garlic & a Coke

For years and years and years complicated meals I used to cook off in the morning to hold over during super busy kid-activity afternoons, so I could feed the ravening beasts (my boys) when we got home in the evening with minimal fuss.
I haven’t done so for ages.
But? Whilst I really, really, reeeeeeeally try and avoid eating pork :bag: (except streaky bacon, which I don’t believe “counts” as pork) I got a little over 30lbs of pork for free fairly recently. So I spent the morning smoking some of it :sneaky: It’s been ages since I smoked anything, either. Which means soooooooome of it got all dried out. Well f*ck me, I
used to know how to do this. No matter. Why?

Because, much like NewBrunswick Stew (BBQ leftovers, instead of smoker leftovers), we can boil it in beer & make it all better. :D
