What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Day 1 of meal plan breakfast- bacon & pesto frittata, some beans & salad. Gonna have that every breakfast.

Lunch everyday will be skin off chicken salad.

Dinners will be chicken n spinach pasta, or cottage pie or ragu & rigatoni with veg or salad.

Will snack on soya yogurt n fruit or bran flakes. And I shall allow myself some G&T's.

Never got round to doing a meal plan before. I've no doubt it might be dull to have the same things so often but it means I can bulk cook & therefore not cook so often.

See how I get on.
 
Espresso & a settle your stomach / clear your sinuses / even my eyeballs are sweating holy mary mother of hot daaaaayum that’s spicy virgin Bloody Mary.

Too much bourbon last night. And my tolerance has gone down, again. :wtf: So it wasn’t a lot by anyone standards. But it was pretty clearly too much.
