What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Ah damn, I adore adore watermelon / have it as a bonding food with people so often... shoo watermelon, you get replaced by coconut, then. (Since making shoo faces at allergy probably aint gonna help the actual allergy, picnic adjustments then :whistling: )

... and topical, coffee with something with bamboo. What the rest was remains to be determined. Good as daylight, in every case. :smug:

LMAO... Good stuff.

The best part of watermelon was spitting the seeds :sneaky: (I only became allergic at puberty) so in a pinch? Cherries have AWESOME seeds to spit! I’m goin for distance! I’m going for speeeed!

We’ll have coconut... I’ll have cherries, you’ll have watermelon... and when spitting seeds you take the close targets, I’ll take the distant and the ants won’t stand a chance!

Mmmmm....brussel sprouts...one of my favorites. :)

I staged my own intervention today and swore to not continue buying the non-dairy pints of nice cream, as they're rather pricey and contain stuff I'd otherwise not choose to consume...and I lose all self-control when they're in the house...so....I whipped up my own frozen dessert blend instead of going to the store.

Chocolate almond milk, a hand full of baby kale, a drizzle of maple syrup, a couple nice ripe bananas, about a tsp. of vanilla extract, two-ish teaspoons chia seeds along with hulled hemp hearts, and a rounded tsp. cacao powder....all tossed in the blender on high, until smooth, then pour into your chosen vessel(s) and stick in the freezer for a couple hours.

It thickens up nicely with the chia seeds, the middle stays a little soft (but if left any longer in the freezer, especially overnight, would become soild...solid as a rock...lol), and the consistency once stirred well was just how I like my nice cream to be when I eat it. YUM! Non-dairy Hagen Daaz and Ben and Jerry ain't got nothin' on me and my addictive tendencies/plant-based creativity...except a warehouse full of some damn tasty products already prepared. lol Dammit.
