What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

um too much, back on the binge again it feels...

breakfast: banana, apple, half a green smoothie, pear, two dried figs
Lunch: cabbage, kale, onions, garlic, ginger, red onions, parsnip and celery - this was amazing, had over a good conversation too
dinner: one orange and half, one banana, cabbage dish, whole packet of dried figs
drink: cups of clove tea and under a litre of water

Stone Soup (kinda creole potato & ham)

Tonight I tried something that was supposed to be like burger, but was made out of soy.
Most* of the stuff that is supposed to mimic meat or dairy is ...gross disgusting yuck spit it out... from start to finish.

Far more effective is to go for dishes that aren’t supposed to have any meat in them, to begin with, or at least aren’t supposed to highlight the meat, but the meat is a very small component or even just a garnish. Pasta, tacos/burritos, curries, egg rolls, dumplings, fried rice, etc.
