Lots of H2O (3 qts., so far), some with a bit of fresh squeezed lemon juice, a cup of roasted dandelion root tea with 1 tsp. each of blackstrap molasses and raw local honey, red grapes and bananas, then some homemade oil-free hummus served with celery sticks, carrot sticks, yellow bell pepper slivers, and toasted pumpernickel bread sliced into thin-ish strips. Soon to be chop-chop time for salad and supper prep.
