What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Lots of H2O, roasted dandelion root tea with some blackstrap molasses, about a half dozen clementines and a banana, a bowl full of chopped baby kale and spinach topped with diced carrots/red bell pepper/onion/cucumber/hard boiled egg, sliced, with papaya poppy seed dressing, and I think the hubby is planning to fix some mushroom/bell pepper/onion/baby kale omelettes with some pumpernickel toast for supper.
 
Earlier tried out a recipe from Simon Hopkinson's cookbook Prawn Salad with Flageolet Beans. Was ok, didn't love it at all. Think if I make it again I'll change the dressing.

Bout to have some roast potatoes with curry sauce. Am a bit excited :laugh:
 
breakfast: coconut yogurt with usual blend of ginger, macca, bee pollen etc and bit of cabbage!
four dates
lunch: cabbage, onion, ginger, fine beans with sardines mix (one of my favs)
two dates
dinner: melon, two banana's and then a bit later broccoli, courgette and more sardines
four dates
drinks: not enough water. some herbal brew
