What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

A banana bread Larabar with sunflower seed butter spread on top of it and carb chips placed on top, cut into little chunks and shared with the hubby. Sipping on valerian root tea and water, currently.
 
Found a new snack today...Hippeas...vegan white cheddar-like puffs made with chickpeas....yum! Also got a bag of bbq flavored, but haven't opened them yet.

For supper, we had baked tuna steak marinated in fresh lemon and lime juice, then seasoned with a salt free lime/cilantro/garlic seasoning (True Lemon brand) with a little homemade honey mustard sauce on the side, served with steamed green peas that were seasoned with crystallized lemon (True Lemon brand), and long grain wild rice, also seasoned with the lime/cilantro/garlic blend.

Can’t remember if I mentioned this before or not

Something knock your socks off are baked/fried/airfried/cooked light and crispy in whatever fashion (unless you can buy them that way, around here it’s just tinned or dried, but for whatever reason just across the border in Canada the precooked ones are everywhere it seems) ... and then liberally dust/coat with MDH Chunky Chat Masala. Served warm is addictive, but room temp is just fine, too.

The vegan restaurants and upscale cocktail bars are starting to serve these as apps... for $10 :confused: Dude. They’re chickpeas. IDFK. It’s like finding bar nuts selling for $10 instead of free.
 
@LuckiLee am going for an American breakfast Wednesday, gonna have pancakes n bacon n maple syrup for only the second time in my life (the first time I made the pancakes myself, using lemon juice with the milk to mimic buttermilk)
So looking forward to it.

Last had a really good yummy halal lamb burger n buttered broccoli, soya beans n green beans.

And a diet coke with a drop of lime zest oil
 
Lots of H2O, roasted dandelion root tea, cara cara oranges, homemade cole slaw, a coconut cream pie Larabar, and dinner's gonna be fresh picked (from a friend's hoop house) mustard greens and swiss chard sauteed with onions. red bell pepper, and baby bella shrooms with a side of toasted quinoa.
