Apple/celery/cucumber/kale/collard/lemon/mint/ginger/spinach/spirulina/chlorella/barley grass juice with some chia seeds tossed in for break-fast, along with a quart of water.
Lunch will soon be a big garden salad topped with roasted garlic hummus, vegan feta cheeze, and drizzled with homemade date mustard dressing.
Not something I’d serve together -or eat together for that matter- on purpose... even though jambalaya is essentially Cajun stirfry (or paella), this was soooooo not jambalaya, more yakisoba meets chow mein... but they were both in the fridge. And I was hungry. No thinking required.
Ground turkey, black beans, corn, onions, peppers, brown rice, spices, and seasoning, wrapped in a soft tortilla shell with taco sauce and sour cream. Water to drink.
Major discussions and decisions... so coffee and toast followed by an alcoholic beverage cuz I saw stars, stressed out and thought I was gonna pass out. Difficult decisions.
