What Did You Eat And Drink Last?

Apple/celery/cucumber/kale/collard/lemon/mint/ginger/spinach/spirulina/chlorella/barley grass juice with some chia seeds tossed in for break-fast, along with a quart of water.

Lunch will soon be a big garden salad topped with roasted garlic hummus, vegan feta cheeze, and drizzled with homemade date mustard dressing.
 
Espresso, stirfry, & gumbo.

Not something I’d serve together -or eat together for that matter- on purpose... even though jambalaya is essentially Cajun stirfry (or paella), this was soooooo not jambalaya, more yakisoba meets chow mein... but they were both in the fridge. And I was hungry. No thinking required.
 
A quart or so of water and some celery and apple juice mixed with greens powder and chia seeds for break-fast.

Lunch will be a big garden salad with leftover crispy maple/tamari/garlic marinated tofu bites and date mustard dressing.

I'm thinking maybe a French lentil soup of some sort for supper. It's definitely a good soup day in our 'hood.
