Yesterday I shopped in a hurry, also put the groceries away in a hurry. So today I got out the milk and a pecan swirl (Little Debbie). The milk turned out to be buttermilk! It's not spoiled, but does not go with sweet stuff!
Something going on with my eating. I mean I'm an overeater and no mistake. But the last while when I get hungry I just get angry about it lol. And don't go searching for food till i can't put up with the hunger anymore. So am still eating plenty compared to most people I'm sure. Just a bit odd. Not like me.
Anyways today have had brazil nuts, eggs, half an avocado, a few cherry toms, a little vinaigrette and a small satsuma.
Water, then some more water, then a bowl of quinoa queen brand cereal with blueberries, bananas, and oat milk, then some more water.
Then melted a slice of vegan smoked provolone cheese into a corn tortilla wrap under the oven broiler thingy and added a bunch of veggies and wrapped it up.
Got a pot of red beans cooking now to make spicy red beans and rice later. Will have a hot cup of some kind of herbal infusion or dandelion/leek miso in between.
My usual H20 hydration, then a smoothie packed full of greens, some toasted quinoa, then a big salad topped with red kraut, hummus, kalamata olives, and papaya poppy seed dressing with vegan, g/f garlic bread.
