I found these awesome plant-based burgers, so I had one on a gluten-free bun with pickles and potato salad.

Marinara sauce with added ground meatless crumbles and fresh basil served atop roasted spaghetti squash, topped off with sunflower seed Parmesan cheeze, with g/f vegan garlic bread on the side.

Very easy but delish salad.

Sliced up half a chicken breast baked with baharat spices on it. Kindly baked by Mr.

Sliced lettuce, cucumber, cherry tomatoes n spring onion.

Sainsbury's spicy coriander dressing, so yummy, sweet, spicy, tangy.

Dollop of houmous.
