Everyone says I have bad taste in beer lol. This one though a check pilsner is brewed at the end of our road and is delicious.

No such thing as bad taste in beer ;), just beer you like more, don't, and that warm atrocity on hot days when the freezers stop working or weren't on the spot for decades. :)

And I had a ham bagel. Because went for a burger and they ran out of beef.

Just when I'm trying for my best behavior before people get serious about their health intervenshuns plans. :D

Sauteed collard greens/purple cabbage/shallots/sweet onion/asparagus/plant-based kielbasa and a side of pickled beets. Sipping on nettle/sarsaparilla tea, currently.

I had a banana and coffee. but this morning I drank a bottle of water prior because coffee first thing over the last few weeks makes me retch...only because I'm able to hold it back while running to the bathroom otherwise I'd have puked. So my thought is to have a bottle of water first thing and let my system settle, ease into the day.

Cold pizza and warm lemonade. Not my favorite meal. I had gone for a medical appointment and the bus stopped at the grocery, the driver said I could get off for awhile, if I wanted some lunch. he said it would be awhile, so I figured why not. I had a mask and sanitizer. The grocery store is not the best place for lunch, or any meal for that matter. Next time I will bring my own.

I ate cheese cubes and applesauce. Been struggling with the starving thing too, so I’m a little proud.
