Lots of H2O, a cup of roasted dandelion root tea w/ blackstrap molasses and 2 drops of stevia, a bowl of quinoa queen brand cereal with fresh blueberries, a sliced banana, and flax milk for break-fast, some tu-not salad (made with chickpeas) on top of a garden salad for lunch, then an ear of steamed corn on the cob and leftover stir-fry with cherry tomatoes/onion/garlic/cabbage/kale/zucchini/yellow squash served over rice linguini noodles for supper.
A quart or so of water, a peach, a handful of freshly picked black raspberries, and two burro bananas earlier.
Just blended a big ol' smoothie for me and the hubby with lots of curly kale, my favorite greens and shroom powders, chia seeds, frozen bananas, and flax milk.
Thinking tonight would be a good Thai take-out night.
