It’s a breakfast kinda day - making up for missing breakfast I had a boiled egg and cup of tea for my lunch, and for supper I am having avocado toast. Tomorrow I’m not going to miss breakfast . I’ve been doing so much better with routine .

I love some of the m and s salads . I had one particular favourite I used to get after my yoga class. Loved it - until I realised it was a fresh curry and I was meant to cook it first . It’s good cooked too but not as good as it was as a salad .

Lol @Mee That's brilliant, properly made me laugh

Had an actually cooked by me meal, chilli con carne with baked sweet potato & some sweetcorn instead of rice. Really enjoyed it. Got more for next few days.
