I am not sure what you would call this but it is a dish with ground turkey and ground beef, corn, black beans, salsa, cheese, chipotle sauce, and sour cream over tortilla chips (Lettuce is optional). It is basically a twist on nachos I suppose. It is a favorite for me and I drank purified water with my meal.
