Made with yeast.
Kneading, kneading, sit to let it rise, punch, knead again, cut into rounds, sit to rise. Bake. Cool, fill with fresh dollop of cream and home-made mixed berry jam from Xmas.
Oh my Lordy! It was heaven. Plus a few sips of a cup of tea.
