I ate toasted split baguette with butter and cinnamon sugar and drank tea with it.

I ate toasted split baguette with butter and cinnamon sugar and drank tea with it.

I don't know. The inside looks like white bread but is less dense texture, and is crustier outside. It tases a little different to normal white but I don't know how to put it.

Nope. Most wine is fined with egg, dairy, or fish scale. Sometimes gelatin is also part of the manufacture but during a different step. European vineyards mostly use fish scale, American mostly use eggs & dairy. None of that has to be listed on the label (although kosher wine will differentiate between dairy or not dairy fining), as it’s filtered “out”, but for people with allergies it’s like wiping peanut butter off of a sandwich.
