What Have You Done For Your Supporter/s Lately.

I was able to give a bag of berry chocolate almonds (send by mom from my country, I told her all about me friend).

I had mentioned she loves almonds.
my friend who gave me flannel sheets because all my nice bedding has old bloodstains.

She also drove me to my MRI (because I cannot be in constricted environment, I had to be drugged up).

Saying thank you would have been enough for her, it felt good to pass on sweets (she's a real sugar tooth).

I was thinking that depending on who our supporters are that we can get a little shoe box or a little folder. Fill it with things that our supporter/s like - cards we made or cards we bought. So on a good day or during a good patch we can write out our thanks and appreciation. And perhaps leave a card out or give a card during out bad patches - just so the supporter/s know we appreciate even when we are down.

Another suggestion of mine is to collect simple things like a rock, a feather, simple items from nature for your supporter. Have a special place like a dish or something and put something there once a week for your supporter.

I wonder how many supporters have supporters too.

I have ways to keep certain worlds seperate because it works for me.

It's gets pretty mixed up with me but sufferer's seem to be supporters too.

And other sufferer's supporters to my other sufferer's.

I know I'm a nutcase and it just feels that way to me.

Glad you have that too. It isn't always direct sometimes it's a chain of links.

Peoples emotional or physical well being doesn't run on one wave length (think I'm using this because I learned about EEG waves recently).... When it feels unhealthy it's a build up of negative. Sure it's not easy to find the right flow.

Telling funny stories to amuse B.

Random acts of gratitude. Remembering and appreciating lovely and special moments. I am going for gold. Mentioning a good special and thoughtful time each day.

Ringing up to relate good, satisfying and productive moments. So really making the most of a good moment. So I am positive, uplifting and inspirational to be around. (Sometimes anyway! ;) )
