What Is The Most Scariest Thing You Have To Do Today Or Tomorrow

Scared of the ongoing results I've grown to notice in my own body...and those blatant results others whom I love dearly suffer greatly with every day. Going to the store for a few groceries while trying to navigate all the bullshit candy and other artificial food-like products breaking our bodies down that the pusher (wo)men are trying real hard to profit from that'll be strategically located all over the damn place is pretty scary to me...from now through at least January, then it picks back up in February. It's a chance to give to and share...and that can be a really good thing....or not...and a chance to ask myself what it is I truly wish to pass along to others, most especially to the children, who are still in critical stages of brain and body development. None of the answers lie within the shit I see being marketed, that's for sure.

The hellish helliday seasons, steadily delivering our gut health to the depths of hell in so many ways while still passing it all off as sacred and honored traditions based heavily on several fictional works that seem to work really well in keeping folks feeling obligated to participate. The same seasons which just so happen to coincide with "flu season", "seasonal affective disorder season", "allergy season", etc., etc. One thing we can surely count on as a result of our ritual festiveness that is mostly celebrated by partaking in a whole hell of a lot of over-consumption is solid return business for the docs and such once folks finish their "celebrating". Managing all of those food symptoms can be a real bitch, especially when they're labeled things other than what they really are.

I wish I could turn into a toxicity fighting love ninja of some sort and wipe all of the stores clean of that shit, and then some, for good. Instead, have specialty aisles and outrageous prices for the things that harm us the most, also showing the actual price paid long-term for a lifetime of consuming it, rather than the typical tucking away and overpricing of the stuff that actually nurtures the body as it was meant to be nurtured. Wow, take a moment to imagine how empty most stores would be if we really did rid of all the artificial shit. That's pretty scary, too, as the ones I'm most familiar with would be mostly empty.

We are turning off the lights and hiding on Halloween. I would give out apples, but don't most people throw them away because they are afraid of them? After we gave up sugar, when we give in to a craving and have a piece of candy, it burns my mouth and my sons. Interesting! Of course then we don't finish it. Fruit tastes very, very sweet now. I also don't want to participate in a holiday that is made up to sell candy. I was raised Catholic, and we were not allowed to celebrate it.
