Lol, this. I had this happen to me. Earlier this year I remember thinking to myself. "Hmm, I haven't seen @Solara for a while." A little while after that, I was telling myself. "This @kismet person, really reminds me of Solara. Too bad they never met" :facepalm::hilarious:

It wasn't until later that I figured out it was the same person. Haha.

I have had that experience as well with a friend disappearing. I hope it is because she was getting more into her real life, but another one I worry about because she is gone and was not doing well at all.

I also have one friend that left the forum but we email each other every day. I think this is the best place for me because i have learned so much here.

@Neverthesame and @desiderata310 - kismet isn't solara. Solara changed her name to @itsKismet but was banned so that's why she went 'missing'.

Hi everybody on this thread. Just thought I would check in with some hopeful news. One of my missing friends has returned! She is having an oh-very-difficult time, but she's alive and reaching out and I am so very happy. So not all bad news always when somebody disappears. Just sayin'.

We have a member named @kismet, who is new and not to be confused with @itsKismet, who was banned a while back.
(some member names are awfully close together)

Oh oops, I got that mixed up. I knew she was banned.

I did however get my kismet's mixed up. Sorry @kismet I meant, @itsKismet. And sorry @desiderata310 for confusing you.

Hi, I just read the newsletter of the latest topics on the board and I hope you do not refer to me Shimmerz. Overwhelmed and rock bottom, now hopefully things will get better. Simply no energy for anything else apart surviving. I am very sorry I could not write, but I am still hanging on.
