Thank you for the suggestion. I read up on my doctor before I got him and lots of people on RateMyMD said he wasn't much for emotional or verbal support but pill pushing. He kind of does the bare minimum but I will try again next time I see him and ask him if there are better tools he can give me. I probably shouldn't wear headphones wherever I go, shower in the dark and stay at home all the time. I probably should get on with my life.@Tara17 - your therapist should be talking you through on coping tools to manage...
