Received fresh local greens yesterday, so for last night's supper, we sauteed swiss chard, lacinato kale, sweet onion, shallots, and red/yellow/orange bell peppers, fried up some leftover grit "cakes" in vegan butter, and tossed the leftover brussel sprouts into the pan with them, after the grit cakes had cooked a while, to heat them up.
Getting ready to make juice with celery/romaine/curly kale/ginger root/turmeric root/apples, and sipping on lots of lemon water and herbal infusions.
