Well it's Saturday didn't do much today. I guess that is what Saturdays are for but if I'm not doing much it also means I'm depressed again :(

Bob, my lizard, made his whistling sound again. I wish I knew how to speak lizard language fluently.

Also, he has relocated himself and I don't know why or where. I think I may have scared him one morning. I cleared my throat and heard a banging noise right afterwards. I think he ran into a baseboard or something.

I do but it's getting winter so I prefer to run on the treadmill instead.

Happy Sunday. Not feeling great again. I think between covid and just everyday stress it’s a bit much

I'm feeling pretty good at the moment. Was able to clean, wash my sheets, nap and workout and got a little yoga in today. I think keeping myself busy is key. I can't change anything until Wednesday anyways.

I know what you mean @Invisible Fire . The Covid situation has been ok where I am for a few months now but when it was all in lockdown I found it really difficult with the 'normal' level of PTSD stress and the extra stressor of covid on top. It's pretty horrible

What season is it where everyone is? It is towards the end of Spring in Australia and the weather is just becoming so beautiful and sunny. I think the weather can influence my mood. Even though I've been physically sit, it's nice to just sit outside on the deck in the sun.

Hope the covid craziness settles soon for some other people where they are. I consider myself pretty lucky where I am, our politicians shut our entire state down very quickly which has enabled us to keep a pretty good control on it all, for now at least.

My job has been crazy lately. My client lives with four generations of her family. This includes a screaming baby, a teenage grandson, her own daughter whom she does not get along well with and then herself. To top that off, she's got Alzheimer's. Working there is like being in a disaster area sometimes. So I come here for a little sanity sometimes.
