How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Well sleep just aint in the cards for tonight, ...yet anyhow. But, I will say that I very much enjoyed a telephone conversation with a friend from the forum this evening. :)

I am sleeping without the truely horrid nightmares. Although I did wake in a panic dreaming that someone had taken my dog and wouldn't let me have him back, when I woke he got extra hugs.

Ive had what I call 4am syndrome for over a week now (I should probably re-name it 3 am syndrome). Its when I go to sleep fine and wake up in the early hours with a racing mind going over and over things, and can't get back to sleep.

I have a very large one stored in my basement. I need to bring it up and give it back to my niece. It's been stored here for over 30 years now.

My sleep is starting to deteriorate a little, im tired but the restless legs and boundless nervouse energy in the day in playing havoc with me. When i do sleep i am not feeling refreshed at all.

I actually slept in till 12pm this time, rather than staying up late and usually waking up at 9am.

About four hours...was up baking cookies for my classes and then I couldn't get to sleep. I swear, Tuesdays and Thursdays will be the death of me.

Slept much better than i thought I would, I've dropped one of my slept meds this past week and though it's been touch and go this is the time of year to do it :tup:
