Isn't PTSD just basically one big fat delayed reaction?
Stormyweather- maybe sometimes you're numbing it out at first when you're triggered. You really are triggered immediately, but it can take a while for the numbing to thaw enough that you can really feel that you're upset.
The thing I hate most about PTSD right now is the hurt look on my husband's face. The one person I never want to hurt. :notworthy:
