How Did You Sleep Last Night?

Slept 6 hours in a row without any assistance. The last time I took Trazadone was on Sunday night. With Trazadone I feel my body winding itself down and feeling tired around the same time every night, and the past 2 nights this happened even though I did not use the Trazadone. Will see how this goes. I have struggles elsewhere, but sleep is finally getting on track, maybe, I dunno, it's only Wednesday. I'm trying not to get excited about it, but it's been so long since I could do this, and I'm so grateful...it's hard not to be happy about it.

Sleeping in the other room so as not to wake my partner.
I do this too, not for the same reasons though. I've been sleeping on the top bunk in my daughters bunk bed because the slightest movements, sounds, and changes in lighting would wake me up. Her room is totally dark, and when she moves around I don't feel her. It's working, but I miss my hubby and the king sized bed...lol.

I have sleep apnea and I am on a C-Pap (continuous positive airway pressure) machine so that I don't stop breathing and die in my sleep. It has improved my ability to get restful sleep.

However now I am being placed on oxygen therapy because my blood levels are too low and energy levels should soon improve.

Add to that, the trazadone that I was recently prescribed for insomnia and my sleep has begun to improve..(slowly, but steadily).

Also, I am taking prazosin for PTSD night mares and I don't remember my dreams very often anymore.

So with all four of these things going for me, sleep quality should continue to improve, as it has lately.

I slept like a baby last night!!!

I'm having panic attacks at night again, hearing things that are not there, worrying overly much about the kids (and whether or not they are breathing- of course they are! They are perfectly healthy kids!!! still I worry) , and not being able to stay asleep at night. I did sleep about 3 hours this morning and woke to a HUGE fluffy cat sitting on my hip bones lol. So that part was nice, as he's never slept on me before. :)

Pacing myself with dementia care, so I went to bed really early last night.
I slept okay. I woke at 4am then I went back to sleep until 5am and then got up at 6am. So my sleep is improving.

Not good. Woke at 3.30 with abdominal pain. Got up for a bit, no great improvement. Went back to bed, took ages for me to get back to sleep. Then had a string of four nightmares, waking up after every one.
