Yes, since I have started walking I have been working on how to lower down the stress. Stress consumes my energy, I noticed this. So I try to do something that distracts me from stress and result I can enjoy walking session without having to mess with my energy level. It's amazing, working on any technique does lower down the stress/anxiety. Believe in this.He has been practicing on these techniques in somatic therapy. It is assisting him in lowering his over all anxiety.
