I ate and it doesn't feel good but I'm focused on calming down and telling myself I did the right thing to eat.

Have kept up with all meds today, and eaten on schedule.

Had another snack and it was almost bingy, except it wasn’t. It was within the bounds of a snack and I’m supposed to have three snacks a day. I could tell I would have binged if I hadn’t had meals throughout the day.
