The fact that your probation period was over is good.

The correction in 30 min and the report that would have been off hours to edit is also good.

I try to remember the old saying that 99% of what we worry about never happens.

Just let it go if you can, keep doing a good job and remember that the person you report to is under pressure from their boss too, its not personal about your work.

Even though I can not help you in regards to your job, let me tell you a little story about what I found out with people who harp on other people's mistakes. I have found that the very same people who blame others for such mistakes often will make much bigger mistakes themselves. However they attempt to focus the attention on others so no one notices the slip ups they have.
The people in my past that have harped on my mistakes have turned out to be fake christians, have turned out to be people that harbor and help pedophiles, have turned out to be people that abuse others, at home and at work.

So, everyone makes mistakes now and then, and whenever I have to deal with people like that it makes me sick. I even had some employees who have lied about me making mistakes.

So you see, to a lot of people this is just a form of elevating themselves over others, to simply attempt to gain superiority where there is none.

Hope that makes you feel a little better. If I just had to deal with workplace situations my life would be fine, it is aggressive people that make an elephant out of an ant that bother me the most.
