Right now it isn't hurting, which I'm thankful for, but it feels like there's a balloon in there or something. It's impossible to ignore.
I do know that lots of people with anxiety and other mental problems get the symptom of a lump in the throat. That's really common, and really can be caused by the mind! So I'm quite sure that it's nothing for you to be concerned about, though I know that's easier said than done.
Unfortunately, though mental issues can make you more aware of pelvic pains, they can't really cause them. So there's something going on with me.
