Dom Violence Blame game

There was a shooting in my state recently. I have recently gotten out of a relationship with DV and have been open about it with those around me. Before details came out about the shooting and the shooter....two people reached out to me, concerned it was my ex. What is starting to scare me even more than a man hurting me, is a man hurting other people because of me. (The shooter had a history of spousal violence and the only link they are reporting thus far is the site is connected to the shooter's in laws.)
