my medication (anti psychotic) was changed over the last monrh, that's been a struggle. Diagnosed also with Diabetes which was a shock. Just have poor mental health. Not washing.feel so lost.

I'm sorry about your diagnosis @Survivor3 it is a big development in terms of health. I guess you'll need to adjust diet and take insulin now? So that gets complicated I'm sure.

Changing meds is a nightmare and I've been there too, I know it can seem so confusing.

Changing meds is a nightmare and I've been there too, I know it can seem so confusing.

Taking medication for diabetes and cut out all sugars. Not having to take insulin yet. Spoke to psychiatrist Secretary yesterday and they've doubled my dose and posted me a new prescription. I don't hallucinate or hear voices but I take them to help with anxiety and ptsd.

Well you're certainly dodging a bullet not having to take insulin atm.

I'm recovering well from that sinus infection I had . Almost done with my antibiotics. I've been visiting my neighbor Freida a lot. We went and got one of those new Detroit style pizzas from Pizza Hut. Yummy!

@Survivor3 get well soon. Changing meds can cause some side effects. So, take it easy for a few days. That way you give yourself some time to get used to every new thing that the meds may cause. Hope you'll feel up to snuff.
