Some friends gave me some lettuce for him (Bob) so I put some of it out for him near wherever he left some signs of himself. I hope all will go well for him.

I'm ok. I have an important meeting tommorow so a bit stressed about that but otherwise ok. Yesterday was pretty crap. Just usual shit running round my head. Gets me down. But that's just part of ptsd land.
